Terms And Conditions

Our goal is to provide students with the best possible support while they pursue their academic goals. In order to provide each and every one of our clients with the best possible service, we have created a code of conduct. Below is a list of our service's official terms and conditions.

  • If a login code is needed, the client must provide us access to receive it. This access might be via the app, text message, or email forwarder. In the event that this is not possible, we disclaim all liability for any errors that may have resulted from using a login code to access the book.
  • Before turning in any work within the short deadline, you must receive the consultant's approval since the designated expert will require time to review the specifics after receiving the order.
  • Any digital or physical resources submitted to an academic institution are not the company's responsibility. This covers any required in-person appearances as well as any supporting documentation that is audio, visual, or photographic.
  • Let's say the client neglects to send any work or paperwork to the organization, or fails to give the necessary information—like login passwords, course materials, and so forth—to the establishment. In that instance, the business won't be accountable. This covers scenarios when the client doesn't utilize the right tools, doesn't have internet access fast enough (at least 50 Mbps), doesn't use our study guides, and doesn't show up for a test after utilizing them.
  • The company's only liability is for test preparation; it bears no responsibility for any technical issues that may arise before, during, or after the exam, including phone, electronic, hardware, software, network, Internet, email, or computer issues.
  • The consumer is expected to stay in touch with the customer service team while traveling in order to obtain updates and monitor the progress of the problem.
  • Let's say the student has to use a textbook in order to pass the course. In that scenario, getting a softcopy or electronic copy of the textbook and giving it to us is the customer's responsibility. Furthermore, in the event that the book is offered online, we may handle the customer's purchase on their behalf.
  • This will incur some sort of expense. Furthermore, in the event that the book is only available in hardcover, the buyer will be required to provide images of the pertinent pages in answer to the consultant's request for this kind of proof. If the right textbook is unavailable, the firm won't be responsible if the notes for a task don't match the instructor's expectations.
