  • We ask all of the clients to carefully read and understand our Refund Policies before placing an order. We cannot be responsible for any misunderstanding that may arise between a client and our policy if this is not done.
  • You are entitled to a complete refund of your purchase price if the business fails to fulfill your order and you do not receive it.
  • Refund requests can only be made by customers during the first month following their purchase.

In what conditions can a customer claim for a refund?

  • Clients may request a refund if the job we completed for them didn't meet the topic's standards.
  • If the client is still unhappy after completing both of the service provider's modifications, they can only file a claim for a refund.
  • Customers are urged to wait one month after making a refund claim before doing so since this is the usual amount of time needed for doing a thorough examination of the request.
  • We will consider this a violation of the contract and take necessary action if a client gets in contact with a third party before us, such as a bank, legal firm, or other payment merchant.
  • Strict regulatory action will be taken against clients who attempt to undermine our rules by filing a fraudulent claim.
